Need help? Kosmos Info will help you! You can buy Kosmos merch and refreshments from our small kiosk, get your questions answered and inquire or return any lost and found items. The Info kiosk is open 24/7 during the festival.SAFETY
First Aid - In case of injury or discomfort, the festival site has 24-hour medical service available!
Security - If someone’s in danger don’t hesitate to contact security!
Safer Space Host - Feel free to contact the safer space team in any situation, especially if you see or experience any harassment at the festival. Phone +358 46 8860 786.
Kotilo - When you need calm, clear-headed company, Kotilos doors are open from Thursday 21:00 to Sunday 13:00.

We don't allow any discrimination, violence or harassment at the festival. If you encounter such behaviour, please contact us and we'll work things out.
If you encounter any form of harassment or discrimination, you can contact the volunteers from Suomen Häirintäyhdistyshenkilöt ry. You can also contact them at +358 46 8860 786 via Telegram or WhatsApp. You can recognize the volunteers by their pink vests.

LOST & FOUND
If you found something, please bring it to the Kosmos Info. If you lost something, come check the info first. Contact us at info@kosmosfestival.fi to claim your belongings after the festival.
